For Mandarin creators, tutors and teachers
Give your Chinese transcript a second life.
Help your audience move from watching a video or listening to a podcast to reading the words and practicing them. HSK Studio turns a Chinese passage into word lookup and four practice modes.

From one passage to four ways to practice
- Read: tap recognized words for pinyin, meaning and audio; save useful vocabulary.
- Vocabulary: review the passage’s recognized words as flashcards.
- Listening: hear a word before revealing its written form and meaning.
- Sentences: fill in missing words in sentences from your transcript.
Vocabulary and practice are based on the bundled dictionary. Names, slang and uncommon words may be missing. The app does not explain every sentence or assess comprehension.
Try a small audience pilot
- Choose a short, original passage from a video, podcast or lesson.
- Open the teacher preview, or try the built-in tea conversation sample.
- Check word boundaries, meanings and sentence exercises before sharing.
- Download your draft and prepare a pilot request from the preview page to arrange a student link.
Previewing does not publish your transcript. A published lesson is accessible to anyone with its student link. Saved vocabulary and learner practice progress stay in each learner’s browser.
Questions creators ask
Can I keep my name and source link?
The lesson format supports a creator name, destination link, HTTPS logo and a choice of accent colors. Preview your branding with the passage before arranging a pilot.
Does it import videos automatically?
Provide the Chinese transcript as text. HSK Studio does not transcribe a video or download another creator’s content for you.
Do learners need an account?
No. Their saved words and review progress use browser storage. They can back up vocabulary; switching devices does not automatically sync it.
Let learners try the reader first
