HSK is provided free of charge for personal, educational use. You may use the application to learn Chinese vocabulary, play word games, and manage custom word lists. The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Any custom word lists, prompts, or game configurations you create are stored locally on your device. HSK does not host, review, or moderate user-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring any content you import complies with applicable laws.
The HSK application code is open source. The HSK vocabulary data included in the application is used for educational purposes. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
HSK and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or educational outcomes.
